1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our Shared Hosting and VPS Hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial sign-up, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount.

  • This guarantee applies to new customers only.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Dedicated Servers are excluded from this guarantee due to setup costs.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals.
  • Software Licenses (e.g., cPanel, CloudLinux, customized software).
  • Setup Fees and Migration Fees.
  • Dedicated Server plans (once provisioned).

3. Cancellation Process

To request a refund and cancel your service, you must submit a cancellation request via our Client Area or contact our billing department by opening a support ticket.

Requests must be received before the renewal date of your service to avoid automatic renewal charges.

4. Service Termination

GreenItSolution reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for a refund.

5. Payment Method

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund may be issued as account credit.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
